2. Counter-Notification

- Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or access was disabled (URL);

After we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.
3. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Roowins.com maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
4. Good Faith and Abuse Policy
Submitting false DMCA notices or counter-notices can result in legal liability. All parties must act in good faith. Misuse of this process may lead to civil penalties under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
